Crawford Russell

Crawford has been an independent Consultant specialising in Change Management, Business Process Improvement, Business Intelligence and Systems Programme Management. He has a wealth of experience working for the most senior executives in blue chip organisations, particularly in the Oil and Gas, Consumer Goods and IT sectors.

Prior to being a consultant, Crawford was UK Executive Systems and Marketing Systems Manager for Digital Equipment Company (now Compaq) and had an 8-year career with the Mars Group where he held a number of roles in business planning, client services management and business development in the company’s external market research and IT services group.

Recent work has focused on:

Corporate Programmes initiation, set-up and execution – full life cycle from initial concept and mentoring, through establishing business case, project planning and resourcing, to Programme Office set up and KPI systems design, development, implementation and support.
Information Architecture – extensive experience in Business and IT Strategy Alignment and Business Process Re-engineering.
Integrated Business Intelligence Programme Management – information delivery design, outsourcing, development, implementation and support. Web site development and content management.

Crawford has had more than 15 years’ experience working with senior executives across functional areas, including Sales and Marketing, Finance, Business Planning, Supply Chain and IT.
