Development of Bids Procedures
Following a Bids Process Health Check, Apropos typically works closely with a Client to design and implement bid procedures to fit within
the current Client organisation structures and modus operandi. The process follows the progress of a bid from the early sales stage, through the bid itself up to handover to the management of the
subsequent implementation. Once the procedure has been agreed at the appropriate levels within the Client’s organisation, it is followed up by across Company roll-outs and in depth seminars of
these procedures to all relevant levels within the management structure.
If required, Apropos also guide Clients through ISO 9001 accreditations.
